Delivery Time

  • Other major cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Promotional free-delivery offers may apply from time to time.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation
Ahvella may contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available contact methods to confirm an order before dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ahvella will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information.

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If an order is returned because the customer was unavailable, unreachable, or refused delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is damaged, please contact Ahvella as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video so we can review the issue.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after dispatch.
