Return and Refund Policy

At Ahvella, we want our customers to receive their orders in good condition and as described.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 2 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered
  • Significantly different from the item ordered

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby-care, feeding, personal-use, or opened products may not be eligible for return or exchange once used or opened, unless they were received damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Ahvella as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, where applicable

We will review the request and arrange an appropriate solution.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns due to change of mind may only be accepted at Ahvella's discretion. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging. Delivery and return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued through the available payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error from Ahvella.

6. Exchange
Where applicable, eligible products may be exchanged for the same product or another available item. Any price difference and additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancelled and may instead be handled under our return policy.
